All Star now offers Massage Therapy!

All Star Chiropractic is pleased to announce its newest edition. Angela Robertson, a licensed massage therapist, is now part of the All Star Team, and is accepting new massage patients.

Physically, massage is beneficial in reducing and softening injured and overused muscles. While helping with muscle spasms and cramping muscles, massage increases joint flexibility and range of motion. Mentally and emotionally, massage reduces fatigue and stress while at the same time, releases endorphins, the body’s natural pain killer. Studies have also shown how massage can help stimulate the lymph system, which is the body’s natural defense against disease.

Angela is proficient in many different massage techniques including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue and sports massage. If it’s a sore muscle or just a stressful week, massage can make a difference.
